Change

Change can be difficult, but necessary to stay relevant in an evolving world. An organization must become more agile and dynamic to meet the changing demands. CASE has the knowledge and expertise necessary to support an organization through change. We know that the job is not done until the work is done differently by focusing on helping our clients through all stages of the change process, from conception through full adoption.

CASE has analyzed and reengineered several of client’s business processes to reduce process cycle times and increase efficiency.

CASE has also developed supporting manuals and training to implement the process improvements.

CASE has implemented business process automation tools that support a broad range of business processes including:

financial management, program development, security, policy development, correspondence, visit tracking, weekly activity reports, technology requirements, supplies, etc.

CASE has successfully guided organizational and enterprise change management initiatives through the development and implementation of new business processes and practices.

Our Change Management initiatives include the creation of campaigns to inform, engage, and implement a change management board providing a forum to exchange business process best practices across the agency.

CASE provides expertise in quality management and the ISO 9000 series of quality standards.

CASE successfully restructured the internal audit matrix for customers which reduced and combined redundant audit subjects, highlighted QMS priorities and changed the three year schedule into an annual schedule that is more manageable and allows for greater responsiveness to audit results.

CASE leverages industry best practices to support organizations with diversity and inclusion training, facilitation, and cultural change management.

In addition to providing Diversity & Inclusion consulting services to organizations, CASE implements the D&I industry best practices internally within the company.

Analyzing an organization’s data can be a daunting task for various reasons. The vast amount of data, data integrity, ability to access data, and understanding what the data means are common challenges can organization can face. Information is power when the right people, processes, and tools are in place to analyze and understand levers that help an organization optimize their business success.

CASE has built and integrated custom data visualization tools to analyze data and display key metrics.

CASE analyzes various data sources and aggregates data from those tools to a central data visualization tool. These tools to a central data visualization tool. These tools help leadership make better business decisions based on real data.

CASE leverages extensive data analysis experience to recommend and develop custom reports for Congressional inquiries, NGA takers, data calls, etc.

For example, to respond to a Congressional inquiry of NGA’s Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Augmentation (AAA) initiatives, the CASE team was able to provide leadership with a custom AAA report outlining all Program, Projects, and Acquisition Requirements in a specific Directorate that support the initiative in less than 24 hours.

CASE leverages Program Management best practices, lessons learned, and a robust communications program to ensure strategic objectives of a project or organization are met.

Our proven performance management procedures ensure consistency across tasks and enable early identification of issues for effective mitigation, resulting in less risk to the Government.

CASE provides budget and financial management services and has extensive intelligence and DoD Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (IPPBE) functional expertise.

CASE provided strategic new business processes implementing step by step initiatives to conduct better financial analyses and program management across the DoD and the IPPBE cycles.

CASE supports NGA’s CI Office and CSOC by performing network data analysis to detect anomalous activity.

Our personnel are certified in compliance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) requirements.

Access to information helps an organization acheive growth, meet customer needs, and make better and faster decisions. Sharing data and information encourages diverse thought, fosters collaboration, and enables quick decisions. CASE has the knowledge and experience necessary to deliver effective and efficient strategies that directly affect an organization’s sustainability.

CASE has led the development of several knowledge management tools in the Intelligence Community.

The knowledge management solutions has supported knowledge, transer, decision making, and historical precedence. Specfically, CASE has led the effort to develop a knowledge management architecture and training as well as designed a user interface for a digital solution that allows the government to maintain situational awareness of all foreign partnerships.

CASE provides strategic communications support by implementing internal and external communications for a varity of audiences, including academia, oversight, and non-traditional industry partners.

We analyze customer needs and lead the design and execution of communcations campaigns that incorporate recommendations by leadership in accordance with the mission to steer partnerships, pathways, and solutions to improve existing, invent new, and imagine transformational GEOINT capabilities.

CASE provides support for SharePoint customization projects by assisting with project development, defining/translating technical requirements and developing solutions.

CASE provides on-going support for applications; designing, creation, maintenance, and customizing SharePOint solutions and business processes. In addition to SharePoint development, CASE has extensive experience with SharePoint governance and administration.

CASE developed a process approval web application that centralizes travel, training, and conference management and data, enabling data-driven decisions and analysis.

Designed to be modular and extensible, the web application is an agile customized approval workflow application that provides estimates actuals for travel, training, and conference expenditures.
