CASE Management Consulting is an 8(a) Certified, Minority Woman-owned Small Business founded in 2015. We deliver secure-high quality web-based process automation tools and knowledge management tools.

CASE guides an organization through change, focusing on business process and technology. We focus on helping our clients through all stages of the change process, from conception through full adoption. CASE has over 15 years of experience building and implementing business process automation tools for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients. CASE’s proven methodology has successfully implemented custom solutions that have been operational for over 14 years.

Founded by Angela Mitchell in 2015. Our Chief Operating Officer, Dave DeMartin joined us in 2017.

Chief Executive Officer/President

Angela Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer of CASE Management Consulting, LLC. Prior to establishing CASE, Ms. Mitchell was a a senior Associate at a Fortune 500 company. She served as the Software Development lead for web development support on the company’s largest contracts at NGA. She served the Deputy Program Manager responsible for leading and managing the delivery of over 200 firm fixed price deliverables. Since 2003, she led the development and implementation of 17 customer workflow tools that automate core business functions, reducing time spent on administrative functions and implementing knowledge management. She has led Enterprise (10,000+ users) and Directorate level workflow collaboration tools and successfully built end to end solutions. In addition to Ms. Mitchell’s support to NGA, she led the database, subcontractor integration, entity extraction, and testing efforts for the Global Disease Sentinel Network at DIA and provided operational workflow and IT code to a variety of clients. She has conducted multiple Security Code Reviews on a number of projects in various programming languages.

Chief Operating Officer

Dave DeMartin is the Chief Operating Officer of CASE Management Consulting, LLC. Prior to CASE, Mr. DeMartin was a Principal/Director at a Fortune 500 company. He is a functional expert and led the stand up of the Strategic Consulting Integrated Management Team; defining key capabilities, approaches and methodologies. Mr. DeMartin also served as the Program Manager for the ESMARTS IDIQ contract, leading and managing delivery across 16 Task Orders and 400 staff. Prior to his ESMARTS role, Mr. DeMartin was the Program Manager for the Fortune 500’s largest engagement in the Middle East, providing a variety of strategy, organizational design, change management, program management, and IT strategy services to the client. He has supported NGA since 2000 in a variety of roles including GEOSCOUT Chief Business Architect and Strategic Planning Lead for the NGA College. Mr. DeMartin has also served in several teaching assignments including teaching the “Introduction to Strategy” course and leading the development and delivery of an “Organization Design and Change Management Bootcamp.” Mr. DeMartin worked as a commercial consultant focused on IT Strategy and Effectiveness for Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. He supported over 25 different Fortune 500 clients on engagements ranging from defining and modeling the benefits of consolidation, to identifying and delivering cost reduction and capability enhancement programs.
